Hospital Policy:  We treat your pet as if it was our own.  We want your companion to receive the most current medical, surgical and preventative health care available in the veterinary market.  Your satisfaction with the services we provide is our goal.  We recognize that situations vary with each pet and each family so we try to design treatment and healthcare plans tailored to fit each case.

Referrals:  There may be times when you and your pet need to consult a certified veterinary specialist.  Excellent specialists in all disciplines are available in the Gainesville area.  The University of Florida Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital and The Institute of Veterinary Specialists are both available for referrals.

Fees/Payment:  Payment is expected as services are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made.  Please feel free to consult about fees with any of our staff.  Written estimates of procedures are routinely given.  If a patient should need hospitalization, a deposit is required with the balance due upon discharge.  For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks, electronic payment through Telechek, and cash.
